INVITATION FOR BIDS AND PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: Fire Damage Repairs at 318 East 17th Street, #5Floor Replacement at the HACE Apartment Buildings; Ostrow Apartments, Curry/Schell Apartments, Friendship Apartments and Schmid Towers.Floor Replacement at Various Locations Sealed bids/proposals will be received until 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Authority's Administration Office, 606 Holland St., Erie, PA 16501, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
