The applicant, Claudio and Maria Diletizia and Tsien Eddy, LLC, has requested to rescind the private way located between 81 and 91 Hawes Ave, as shown on the Plan originally approved by the Board of Surveyors, recorded with the Barnstable Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 111, Page 139. The subject properties are located at Assessors Map 323, Parcel 009 and Assessors Map 323, Parcel 010. The Planning Board meeting shall take place in person at the James H. Crocker, Jr. Hearing Room, Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA.
