NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Morgan Superior Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55D02-2501-MF-000245, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Mark R. Smith, Enclave at Heartland Homeowners Association, Inc. and Karen Melaniphy were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 12th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 2 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 160 North Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered 324 in The Enclave at Heartland Crossing, Section 6, an Addition to Morgan County, State of Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded July 5, 2022, as Instrument No. 202207839, in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
