Marion County Local Emergency Planning Committee Legal Notice The Marion County Local Emergency Planning Committee (Marion County LEPC) will hold its meetings for the year 2026 in person at the Marion County Public Health Department’s 4012 Building at 4012 North Rural Street, Indianapolis, Indiana with a virtual option in accordance with IC 5-14-1.5-3.5. For more information about participating virtually, please email mclepc@hhcorp.org or call the phone number listed below. The Marion County LEPC will meet at 3:30 PM on the following dates: February 2, April 6, June 1, August 3, October 5, and December 7. The LEPC may meet at other times as shall be duly authorized by act of the Marion County LEPC or its Chairperson. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. The Marion County Hazardous Materials Response Plan prepared by the Marion County LEPC is available for review, by appointment, at the Marion County Public Health Department during normal business hours.
