INVITATION TO BIDDERS
Electronic bids will be received on December 5, 2025 by the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) Purchasing Division submitted through Central Auction House (CAH). Bid submittals will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. CST at which time bids will be retrieved from the CAH site and read aloud in the TPCG Purchasing Division Conference Room at 301 Plant Road Houma, LA 70363.

Documents may be obtained for review by prospective bidders in the aforementioned manner; however, vendors/
contractors must submit their bids electronically through CAH.
