The Defendants, Benjamin Fisher and Unknown Spouse of Benjamin Fisher, if any, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on May 5, 2025, the Plaintiff, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 25-CFR-104, in the Court of Common Pleas of Ashland County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1027 Township Rd 3475, Perrysville, OH 44864, Permanent Parcel No. C10-030-0-0002-00, (“Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Benjamin Fisher and Unknown Spouse of Benjamin Fisher, if any are required to answer the Plaintiffs Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Benjamin Fisher and Unknown Spouse of Benjamin Fisher, if any failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
