SEALED PROPOSALS WILL BE RECEIVED BY the Lehman Township Board of Supervisors of Pike County, PA, 2nd Class, at the Lehman Township Municipal Building, 193 Municipal Drive, Bushkill, PA until 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025 for the following:   1. 1,000 tons of anti-skid “AS 2”   The amount is an estimate. A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount within twenty (20) days from the date it is awarded. All material to be picked up and/or delivered as needed. Bids will be opened and read approximately 3:00 p.m. on December 11, 2025 at a regular board meeting in the municipal building. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
