NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please Take Notice that the City Plan Commission of the City of Marshfield, State of Wisconsin, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 6:30 PM, or immediately following the Board of Public Works meeting, located in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 207 West 6th Street on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at which time all persons interested or their Agents or Attorneys may be heard on the following matters:
1. Conditional Use Permit request by Michael Harbut (Manhard Consulting), representing Panda Express, to allow an exception to the drive-through stacking length requirement and pavement setbacks for the new drive-thru restaurant located to the southwest of the Peach Avenue and Central Avenue intersection and to the east of Peach Court (parcel 250-2603-333-0962).
2. Preliminary Subdivision Plat Review submitted by Dustin Vreeland on behalf of Jeffrey Hill for the proposed "Back Nine Estates" subdivision located to the northwest of the intersection of McMillan Street and St. Joseph Avenue (parcel 250-2603-314-0930).
