Conditional Use Permit request by Michael Harbut (Manhard Consulting), representing Panda Express, to allow an exception to the drive-through stacking length requirement and pavement setbacks for the new drive-thru restaurant located to the southwest of the Peach Avenue and Central Avenue intersection and to the east of Peach Court (parcel 250-2603-333-0962). 2. Preliminary Subdivision Plat Review submitted by Dustin Vreeland on behalf of Jeffrey Hill for the proposed "Back Nine Estates" subdivision located to the northwest of the intersection of McMillan Street and St. Joseph Avenue (parcel 250-2603-314-0930).
