REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Annual Contract Labor Services FOR THE CITY OF LAKELAND Friday, November 28, 2025 RFP No.2025-RFP-095 Sealed proposals will be received electronically by the Purchasing Manager via OpenGov, the City’s e-Procurement Portal (“Portal”), until 3:30 pm – Monday, December 29, 2025. Proposals received after this specified time and date will not be considered. Respondents are required to submit their response through the Portal. Respondents shall sign up on the Portal if an account does not exist. THE CITY OF LAKELAND IS SOLICITING SEALED PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED VENDORS TO PROVIDE:Annual Contract Labor Services. The City is seeking a qualified provider to supply temporary staffing services. All contract workers assigned to the City must meet the minimum qualifications for the positions they are placed in, as outlined in the City's official job descriptions available at www.lakelandgov.net. Certain roles may also require obtaining and maintaining appropriate licenses. The City reserves the right to add, revise, or remove job classifications as needed. During their assignment, all temporary personnel will remain employees of the Contractor, who will be legally responsible for their employment. THIS RFP SHALL RESULT IN A THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR TWO (2), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT. THE PROPOSALS SUBMITTED SHALL BE IN COMPLETE ACCORDANCE WITH, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, THE ATTACHED CITY OF LAKELAND SPECIFICATIONS, ALL CODES AND REQUIREMENTS REFERENCED THEREIN.
