It is therefore, ORDERED that the Respondent be served by publication of the following Notice for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Jackson Sun, a newspaper published in Madison County, Tennessee. Publication will run in both a physical newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the Respondent was last known to reside and a secondary news website, the Tennessee Press Association.
