Coppage Drive Property Owner, LLC applied to the Planning Board seeking De-finitive Site Plan approval under the requirements of the City of Worcester Zon-ing Ordinance. Presently on the premises is an existing ±87,144sf industrial and manufacturing building with ±96 parking spaces that wrap around the building. The property is located wi-thin the A-1 (Airport) zoning district. The applicant seeks to construct an ±18,800sf addition intended to serve as additional warehouse space, to reconfigure the existing parking facility, which results in a loss of 5 parking spaces, and to con-duct associated site im-provements (PB-2025-092).
