NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the final judgment rendered in this action on September 19, 2025, the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property at public sale for cash to the highest bidder:
Unit 628, Regency Pines II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official records Book 4705, Page 2759, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the limited common elements as set forth in the Declaration.
Together with exclusive right to use Carport 628
This sale shall be conducted at the Brevard County Government Center, 518 S. Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, Florida 32780 at 11:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in The Eagle at least five days prior to the date of this sale.
