LOT 154, COTTAGE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, PHASE 3, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 6050, AT PAGE 11 OF THE CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCTED THEREON WITH A GEO # 161412049015400; BEARING THE MUNICIPAL ADDRESS OF 9057 MITCHAM STREET, SHREVEPORT, LA. 71106.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
