A. Johnson, Petitioner in this action, alleging that the whereabouts of the above-named children’s mother and father is unknown, and is asking the Court to place the above referenced child in a permanent guardianship with the current custodian. A free copy of the petition may be obtained from the Clerk of Juvenile Court of Chatham County, 197 Carl Griffin Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31405, on any day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. You are entitled to object either to the establishment of a permanent guardianship, or to the selection of the proposed guardian, or both. Any objection MUST be filed in writing with the Court within ten (10) days the personal service, within fourteen (14) days of the mailing of the notice, or within ten (10) days of the second publication of this notice.
