LACEY TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, Albert Crincoli applicant has applied to the Lacey Township Board of Adjustment under Application #V25-18 for a Bulk variance from the requirements of the Zoning ordinance. The property in question is situated in the R-75 Residence Zone aid located on Tax Lots: 63 of Block 101.12 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Lacey with street address: 1112 Albatross Ct Forked River NJ 08731
THE APPLICANT The applicant proposes no new improvements and is seeking bulk variance approval to legalize the (2) non-conforming sheds existing in site
THE APPLICANT seeks the following bulk variances in conjunction with the application:
* Accessory structure in Front Yard Area
Where an accessory structure is not permitted within the front yard area, and an existing shed is 3 ft
into the front yard area.
* Minimum Side Yard Setback (Accessory Structure)
Where a minimum of 6 ft is required and 1.29 ft is proposed to the rear shed.
* Minimum Rear Yard Setback (Accessory Structure)
Where a minimum of 15 ft is required and approximately 11.5 is existing from the above ground pool off the outbound face of the bulkhead.
Wavers: submission waver for 200 ft radios map.
AND ANY AND ALL OTHER VARIANCES and/or waivers, as the Board determines necessary in accordance with the law at the time of the hearing.
A PUBLIC HEARING will take place on the 5th day of January at 6:30 pm in the Committee Chambers of the Municipal Building, located at 818 Lacey Road, Forked River, NJ at which time you may appear either in person, or be represented by an attorney and present any objection which you may have to the granting of this appeal.
THE APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS are on file with the office of the Board Secretary of the Lacey Township Board of Adjustment, (Office of Community Development) Location: 124 South Main Street in Forked River, NJ and is available for inspection during normal business hours. Monday-Friday: 8:30am-12:30pm and 1:30-4:30pm.
