BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF FI-FA emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 10/10/24, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 1/14/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:

BAKER SMITH, C.E., UNDER DATE OF APRIL 24, 1946, WHICH PLAN IS ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE CLERKS OFFICE OF THE PARISH OF TERREBONNE, LOUISIANA; WHICH SAID LOT NO. TWO (2) MEASURES A FRONT OF SIXTY-SIX FEET (66) ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST PARK AVENUE, BY DEPTH ON ITS EASTERN AND WESTERN LINES OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) FEET, AND MEASURING ON ITS REAR OR NORTHERN LINE SIXTY-FOUR AND FORTY-FOUR HUNDREDTHS (64.44) FEET; AND THE EAST HALF OF LOT NO. THREE (3) OF SAID BLOCK ONE (1) BEING IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF LOT NO. TWO (2), AND MEASURING ON THE REAR LINE OF LOT NO. TWO (2) SIXTY-FOUR AND FORTY-FOUR HUNDREDTHS (64.44) FEET, BY DEPTH ON ITS OWN WESTERN LINE OF SIXTY (60) FEET, AND MEASURING ON ITS REAR OR NORTHERN LINE SIXTY-THREE AND SIXTY-SEVEN HUNDREDTHS (63.67) FEET SAID LOT NO. TWO (2) AND THE EAST HALF OF LOT NO. THREE (3) BEING BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE EAST HALF OF LOT NO. FOUR (4) OF SAID BLOCK NO. ONE (1), ON THE WEST BY THE EAST HALF OF LOT NO. THREE (3), AND LOT NO. ONE (1) OF SAID BLOCK ONE (1), AND ON THE SOUTH BY WEST PARK AVENUE; TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AS WELL AS ALL RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES AND SERVITUDES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF FI-FA issued in this case, say the sum of $44860.82, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
