BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/27/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 1/14/26. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
Land situated in Parish of Terrebonne in the State of LA
Lot five (5), block two (2), Fairsite Subdivision
All certain parcel of ground situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, situated in section 105, T 17 S, R 17 E, located in the Fairsite Subdivision shown on a plan thereof made by T. Baker Smith, C.E., on file in the office of the clerk of court, Houma, Louisiana in COB 213, folio 87, measuring a front of sixty (60') feet along May Street (formerly June Street), by depth on its eastern boundary of one hundred sixty seven (167') feet and by depth on its western boundary of one hundred fifty-seven (157') feet, and measuring sixty-four (64') feet in the rear on its northern boundary; said parcel of ground is designated as lot five (5) in block two (2) of Fairsite Subdivision and is bounded on the south by May Street (formerly June Street) on the east by Vat Place Subdivision, on the west by lot three (3) of block two (2) of Fairsite Subdivision and on the north by property of Mrs. Laban Porche or assigns; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes there unto belonging or anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE & SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $16363.23, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
