NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF DIGESTIVE HEALTH CARE SPECIALISTS, S.C. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 180.1407 that: (1) Digestive Health Care Specialists, S.C., a Wisconsin service corporation, has dissolved effective December 31, 2025; (2) all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Digestive Health Care Specialists, S.C. or its directors, officers, or shareholders, in their capacities as such, must present such claims to Attorney Lora Zimmer at McCarty Law LLP, 2401 E. Enterprise Ave., Appleton, WI 54913; (3) each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim; (4) each claim must be accompanied by documentation supporting or substantiating the claim; and (5) any alleged claims against Digestive Health Care Specialists, S.C. or its directors, officers, or shareholders will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
