Common Council meeting was called to order by Mayor TeStrake at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall.
PRESENT: Mike Feirer, Derek Wehrman, Natasha Tompkins, Brian Varsho, Scott Koran, Jen Delis, Brian Giles, Mike O'Reilly and Andrew Reigel.
ABSENT: Rebecca Spiros
The flag was saluted and the pledge given.
Public Hearing – On November 7, 2025, the proposed 2026 budget was published in the official City newspaper (Marshfield News Herald). At this time, members of the public are invited to comment on the proposed 2026 budget.

City Administrator Barg provided an update on the projected cost of renovating the Wildwood Plaza building for relocation of the police department, as requested by Councilmembers Spiros and O'Reilly.

• Alderperson Wehrman requested a presentation on the Vandehey Waters presentation that was in the Parks, Recreation and Forestry packet.
• Alderperson Wehrman requested an update on Central Wisconsin State Fairgrounds needs and projects.
• Alderperson O'Reilly requested a policy for how money is allocated if projects are under budget.
• City Administrator Barg will be seeking direction regarding strategic planning.
CC25-226 Motion by Delis, second by Tompkins to adjourn to closed session under Wisconsin
Statutes Chapter 19.85(1) (e), "Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session."
