VILLAGE OF MENOMONEE FALLS, WISCONSIN ANNUAL NOTICE The Village of Menomonee Falls maintains lists of persons who request to be notified of any proposed Zoning Ordinance amendment or Comprehensive Plan amendment affecting the allowable use of their property. This notice is designed to inform residents of Menomonee Falls that they may add their name to one or both of these lists. If you wish to add your name to one or both of these lists, you must submit either a written or electronic request. To submit an electronic request, please click on the "Notify Me" tab in the center of the page found at https://www.menomonee-falls.org/list.aspx? and select the "Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan Amendments" tab. You may also submit a written request. Your written request should be mailed to: Director of Planning & Development Menomonee Falls Village Hall W156N8480 Pilgrim Road Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. If you would like the Planning & Development Department Staff to assist you with this request, please visit the Village Hall at W156N8480 Pilgrim Road between 8 AM and 4:30 PM on Monday through Friday. For each calendar year, if your name is added to the noted lists, the Village will inform you by email of any draft Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan Amendment. If you wish to be notified by 1st class mail, the Village charges a fee in the amount of $10.00 to cover the cost of providing the notices. If your request indicates that you wish to be notified by 1st class mail, the Village will mail you an invoice every year for $10.00.
