Please take notice that the City of Oshkosh enacted Ordinance #25-643 APPROVE ZONE CHANGE FROM RURAL HOLDING DISTRICT (rh) TO HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT WITH A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY (HI-PD) FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED EAST OF COMPASS WAY, SOUTH OF MEADOW PARK DRIVE (A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH, AS ADOPTED BY SECTION 30-32 OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE) on December 9, 2025. This ordinance changes the zoning of parcels 91334020000 & 91334040000, both of which are located within the City's Southwest Industrial Park generally east of Compass Way and sough of Meadow Park Drive, from Rural Holding District (RH) to Heavy Industrial District with a Planned Development Overlay (HI-PD).
