By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 08/23/24, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 01/14/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, which lot of ground is designated as Lot Thirteen (13) of Block Three (3) on a plat entitled "Addendum No. 1 to St. Maurice Subdivision Located in Sections 13, 14, 15, T 15-S, R-16-E, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana" prepared by Warren & Associates, Engineers, dated July 29, 1974, recorded under Entry No. 415395 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Said Lot Thirteen (13) of Block Three (3) measures eighty-five (85, feet front and in the rear by a depth of one hundred fourteen (114') feet between equal and parallel lines, and is bounded as follows, to-wit: On the North by Lot 14 of Block 3, on the South by Lot 12 of Block 3; in the rear or East by Lot 6 of Block 3 of the above referred to plat, and in front or on the West by Lee Drive, all as shown on the plat of survey referred to above.
Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or appertaining; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $160350.84 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
