Section 2.1 Terms Defined: town boundary line shall not be considered a property line for integrated development;
Section 4.6 Height Limitation: change from 35 feet to 50 feet in the industrial zone;Section 8.6 General Standard-8.6.1 Parking Areas: special standards for employee parking lots; Section 8.7 Dimensional Requirements: change from 35 feet to 50 for maximum building height in the industrial zone;Section 11.1 Parking Facilities Required: change required parking ratio from square feet of building to number of employees for industrial uses; Section 12.32 Access and Circulation: allow access driveways wider than 30 feet with a median divider;Section 12.39 Landscaping: exempt truck and/or tractor trailer parking areas from interior landscaping requirements.
