PUBLIC NOTICE BIDS WANTED Sealed proposals will be received electronically by Dover Township until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, January 2, 2026, for the following project: Oakland Road Sanitary Sewer Repairs. A Bid Bond, by acceptable surety, or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid, must be deposited by each bidder with the bid. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety) as specified in the Contract. Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid. Dover Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award which is in the best interest of the Township.
