A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST OF THE 4TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, PEORIA COUNTY, ILLINOIS. ALSO TOGETHER WITH A 20 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT FOR EXISTING UTILITY LINES. ALSO TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE AND USE OF AN EXISTING SEPTIC FIELD - DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED 2 ACRE TRACT; THENCE S 32DEGREES 06' 01" W, ALONG THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF SAID TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 315.55 FEET TO AN IRON ROD; THENCE S 60DEGREES 40' 10" W, ALONG THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF SAID TRACT, A DISTANCE OF 111 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING FOR SAID EASEMENT DESCRIPTION; THENCE S 29DEGREES 19' 50" E, A DISTANCE OF 40.00 FEET; THENCE S 60DEGREES 40' 10" W, A DISTANCE OF 80.00 FEET; THENCE N 29DEGREES 19' 50" W, A DISTANCE OF 40.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF SAID 2 ACRE TRACT; THENCE N 60DEGREES 40' 10" EAST, ALONG SAID SOUTHEAST SIDE, A DISTANCE OF 80.00 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, SAID EASEMENT IS INTENDED TO DESCRIBE AND COVER ALL AREA THAT IS CURRENTLY USED AS A SEPTIC FIELD.
COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 7006 WEST POTTSTOWN ROAD, PEORIA, IL 61615
And which said Mortgage was made by: Matthew J. Woodson, the Mortgagor, to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS"), AS NOMINEE FOR CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, as Mortgagee, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Peoria County, Illinois as Document No. 2017025491; and for other relief, that summons was duly issued out of said Court against you as provided by law and that the said suit is now pending.
NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU file your answer or otherwise file your appearance in this case in the Office of the Clerk of this Court,
