Successor Trustee will sell for cash the property described below at a foreclosure sale requested by the current holder of the Deed of Trust and underlying indebtedness, SouthEast Bank.

Parties Interested: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as nominee for Rocket Mortgage LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans LLC, holds a first mortgage pursuant to a Deed of Trust at Instrument No. 202203160071398 Knox County Register of Deeds’ office. SouthEast Bank holds a second mortgage pursuant to a Deed of Trust at Instrument No. 202309110013341, Knox County Register of Deeds’ office. THIS SALE IS SUBJECT TO THE FIRST MORTGAGE, and any other prior encumbrances as may appear of record.
