BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 14th day of January, 2026 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all improvements thereon, being part of Lot 1 of the Thomas Franklin Partition in Lot 17, Section 2, Willow Glen Plantation, fronting 50 feet on Sugarhouse Road, and running back there form between parallel lines, one of which is the line between Lots 1 and 2 of said partition, one hundred feet (130), as more fully shown by plat of L.J. Daigre dated May 18, 1945, recorded at Conveyance Book 318, page 596, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
