ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Project Name: West Riverside Lane Phase II Improvements Project
The Village of Williamsburg, NM will receive sealed bid proposals on forms prepared by Wilson and Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects at the Village Hall at 309 Veater Street, Williamsburg, New Mexico 87942 until 10:00 PM (local time) on January 13, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be eligible and will not be opened.
The project is generally described as the reconstruction of West Riverside, 40-feet from Rio Grande Avenue at West Riverside Lane, consisting of but not limited to, two-12-foot lanes (1 Lane in each direction), curb and gutter, grading and drainage, and concrete driveways. West Riverside Lane will include sidewalk and ADA wheelchair accessible ramps where feasible. All existing street signs will be replaced where the retro-reflectivity is less than desirable as defined by MUTCD.
Bidder Requirements:
A. Bidders must possess an appropriate and current contracting license at the time of bid open as regulated by Construction Industries Division, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505, Phone: (505) 476-4700.
B. Resident/Veterans bidder’s preference are eligible.
Non-Mandatory Pre- Bid Conference:
A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held at Village of Williamsburg, New Mexico at 309 Veater Street, Williamsburg, NM 87942 at 10: 00 A.M. (local time) on December 30, 2025.

Electronic Portable Document Format (pdf) bidding documents may be viewed or downloaded via Consultant’s online Plan Room at https://www.wilsoncoplanroom.com at no charge. Contractors, Subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download bidding documents.
Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements defined within the contract documents and project manual.
The Village of Williamsburg, New Mexico reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
