Bid specifications may be picked up and sealed bids returned to Joe Ely at 210 East Morris Blvd., Morristown, TN, 37813. Please call (423) 581-3084 with any questions or to request specs by mail.   Bids will be opened at 2:00p.m., January 5, 2026, at the above mentioned address in RM 206. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with type of bid clearly marked and must include an Iran Divestment Act Certification form. Bids may be awarded in parts or as a whole. The HCBOE reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.
