Town of Yarmouth Legal Notice For Disposition by Lease Ground Lease of Town-Owned Land at 527 Station Avenue, South Yarmouth, MA The Town of Yarmouth is seeking qualified proposers to lease a portion of Town-owned land, located at 527 Station Avenue (Map 97, Parcel 6), South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, as further described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The lease will be for a term of ten (10) years, with an option for the Town to extend for an additional ten (10) years upon mutual agreement. The minimum annual rent shall be $28,000.00, Triple Net, with two percent (2%) annual increases. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30B, Uniform Procurement Act, Section 16. All Lease Agreements must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this statute. The Town may waive minor informalities as permitted under M.G.L. c.30B §16. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST onMonday, January 26, 2026.
