the following described real property lying and being in the State and County aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel number 20558, Map S46, Block 4, Lot 4, located at 1011S Lafayette Street, Shelby, NC.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled case. A cash deposit of five (5) percent of the successful bid will be required.
