Jason D. Ramey, Jr. and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jason D. Ramey, Jr., whose last place of residence is 966 Uncapher Avenue, Marion, OH 43302, will take notice that October 21, 2025, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC v. Jason D. Ramey, Jr., et al., Case No. 2025 CV 0518, in the Court of Common Pleas of Marion County, Ohio, 100 N Main St, Marion, OH 43302, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Jason D. Ramey, Jr. and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jason D. Ramey, Jr. are unknown to the Plaintiff and have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 966 Uncapher Avenue, Marion, OH 43302 and known as Parcel Number 123360005100. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Marion County Auditor’s Office, located at 222 W Center St, Marion, OH 43302.
You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on December 29, 2025.
In the case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
