PUBLIC NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Conejo Valley Unified School District is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP #2025-17) from qualified firms who can provide the District with school yearbook services at five high school sites (Century Academy, Conejo Valley High School, Newbury Park High School, Thousand Oaks High School, and Westlake High School). Additional District middle school sites may be interested in yearbook services on an optional basis. The RFP document is available within the District’s Bonfire Procurement Portal
(https://conejousd.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities). Proposals must be submitted electronically through the District’s Bonfire Procurement Portal in response to this RFP and must be received by 2:00 PM (PT) on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. No emailed, hardcopy, or faxed proposal submissions will be considered. Only proposals submitted in response to this notice will be considered.
