Portage County Board of Adjustment
Notice is hereby given that Portage County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 4:00 pm in Conference Room 5 of the County Annex, 1462 Strongs Avenue, Stevens Point, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition:
Petition No. PET-2026-001, Kenneth Perzinski, owner of property located at 6736 County Road J, Plover, WI 54467, being part of NW¼ of the NE¼ , Section 20, T22N, R9E, Parcel #010220920-03.06, located in the Town of Buena Vista.
Wherein a Special Exception from the provisions of the Portage County Private Sewage System Ordinance is requested to install holding tank(s) for a building per 7.9.9(5)(c)(2.), for a bathroom in a private storage/shop.

The deadline for sending comments in writing is 2 business days prior to the meeting. Comments will be delivered to the Board members and posted at least 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
