PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF TWO RIVERS ORDINANCE 25-229 An Ordinance to Amend Chapters 10-1-15 of the Municipal Code of the City of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, Height and area exceptions. The City Council of the City of Two Rivers has adopted Ordinance No. 25-229 amending Chapter 10-1-15 of the Municipal Code related to screening, fencing, and vision clearance. The ordinance establishes updated height, setback, and placement standards for fences and screening in front, side, rear, and corner yards to promote safety, visibility, and compatibility between land uses. It also addresses driveway vision clearance, limits the use of snow fences, regulates fence construction and orientation, and prohibits certain types of fencing, with limited exceptions. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by law. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Two Rivers, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, on December 1, 2025.
