Motion Carried, ayes 7-0 Aye: Luke Frame, Mark Henschel, Joe Lavrenz, Katie Moder, Karen Moehn, Tom Oliver, Joan Pennau Chief of Finance and Operations Individually Considered Resolutions 5.01 Motion by Mark Henschel, seconded by Joe Lavrenz, that the Board of Education approve the base wage settlement with the Fond du Lac Education Association for the 2025-26 bargaining year reflecting a 2.95% Consumer Price Index increase. Motion Carried, ayes 7-0 Aye: Luke Frame, Mark Henschel, Joe Lavrenz, Katie Moder, Karen Moehn, Tom Oliver, Joan Pennau 5.02 Motion by Mark Henschel, second by Joe Lavrenz, that the Board of Education approve the base wage settlement with the Fond du Lac Education Support Professionals Association for the 2025-26 bargaining year reflecting a 2.95% Consumer Price Index increase. Motion Carried, ayes 7-0 Aye: Luke Frame, Mark Henschel, Joe Lavrenz, Katie Moder, Karen Moehn, Tom Oliver, Joan Pennau 5.03 Motion by Mark Henschel, second by Joe Lavrenz, that the Board of Education approve the base wage settlements for the following employee groups for the 2025-26 fiscal year reflecting a 2.95% increase: Custodians and Maintenance, Specialized Employees, and Administrators. Motion Carried, ayes 7-0 Aye: Luke Frame, Mark Henschel, Joe Lavrenz, Katie Moder, Karen Moehn, Tom Oliver, Joan Pennau 5.04 Motion by Mark Henschel, second by Joe Lavrenz, that the Board of Education approve authorizing a taxable tax and revenue anticipation promissory note for cash flow purposes in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.
