NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82C01-2507-MF-004728, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Centex Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-D was Plaintiff, and Frederick Moore and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 29th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Ten (10) feet of Lot Twenty-Eight (28) adjoining Lot Twenty-Nine (29) and all of Lot Twenty-Nine (29) in Block Two (2) in Ahlering's Subdivision of Blocks One (1), Two (2), Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17) in Columbia Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book D pages 398 and 399 in the office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
