Will be sold at public auction on January 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time on the premises by virtue of the power of sale contained in a mortgage made and executed by Joseph Conti, Jr. and Marie O. Pislowski, dated November 6, 1996 and recorded in Book 607 at Page 226 and assigned in Book 607 at Page 234 as amended in Book 2787 at Page 63 of the Records of Land Evidence in the Town of Johnston, State of Rhode Island, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
The above premises will be sold subject to any and all valid superior or prior liens or encumbrances on the premises.
TERMS: Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) down payment in cash, certified check or bank check at time of sale; other terms will be announced at the time of sale.
