Mark Ward, 72741 Pennyroyal Road, Freeport, Ohio 43973; and All Current Tenants, 72741 Pennyroyal Road, Freeport, Ohio 43973, cannot with reasonable diligence be found or ascertained, shall take notice that on the 25th day of September, 2025, Sharon Secrest, Treasurer, Guernsey County, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, in Case No. 25CV413, filed her Complaint against said party praying for foreclosure for delinquent taxes regarding the following described real estate, to wit: 72741 Pennyroyal Road, Freeport, Ohio 43973.
Said party or parties are required to answer on or before the 28th day following the last publication of the within notice or default judgment or other judgment may be had against them. Said publication shall be made in this newspaper at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.

Being a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 11, Range 7 in the Steubenville Land District. Being part of a 10.885 acre tract (Parcel No. 20-01446) prior reference Vol. 137, Page 703 of the Guernsey County Deed Records.
Beginning at a 32" Hickory Tree at the center of said Section 20, N 0 50' 30" E, 1212.44 feet to a 18" Poplar Tree, thence N 89 07" W, 1482.85 feet to a corner post, thence N 15 24" W, 168.83 feet to a corner post, thence N 88 7' 15" W. 143.79 feet to a point in the center of County Road 95, thence with said roads S 5 08' 15" W, 209.20 feet to a rail road spike (fd) and passing a rail road spike (fd) at 0.57 feet, thence with said road S 13 01' 45" E. 130.00 feet to a rail road spike (fd), thence with said S 20 32' 45" E, 328.82 feet to a rail road spike set and known as the true place of beginning of the tract herein conveyed, thence with said road S 20 32' 45" E, 48.55 feet to a rail road spike (fd), thence leaving said road S 41 24' 30" W, 339.84 feet to a 18" Hickory Tree and passing an iron pin set at 39.60 feet, thence N 89 08' 40" W, 403.75 feet to a corner post (fd), thence N 2 27' 25" E, 424.63 feet to an iron pin set, thence S 75 03' 03" E, 406.65 feet to an iron pin set, thence S 82 52' 59" E. 201.91 feet to the place of beginning and passing an iron pin set at 171.91 feet and containing 4.3609 acres, but subject to all legal highways.
The bearings herein have been based upon that given in the 10.885 acre tract
