ASSESSOR'S NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 526 of the Real Property Tax Law, as amended, that I have completed the Tentative Assessment Roll of the City of White Plains, for the City and School taxes for the fiscal period 2026-2027 and, as provided by law, for State, County and Sewer Taxes. The said Roll has been deposited in the Assessor's Office in the Municipal Building, 255 Main Street, White Plains, New York (914) 422-1223, for examination. I will attend in that office for this purpose on the following schedule: Thursday, January 8, 2026, 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 12, 2026, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Wednesday, January 14, 2026, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Friday, January 16, 2026, 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. In addition, the said Roll will be available for inspection up to Wednesday, January 21, 2026.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet to hear complaints in relation to assessments of real property in the Common Council Chambers, Room 203, 255 Main Street, White Plains, New York, at its annual meeting of Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on adjourned dates and places as may be authorized by law.
