D. This Advertisement for bids represents the requirements for an open and competitive process. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. CST, on Wednesday February 4 2026 by the Owner at 1900 W. Grand Chute Blvd. Any bids received after this date and time will be rejected and returned to the bidder.
E. Bids shall be submitted on the company's letterhead with a completed Bid Form attached. All bid form blanks shall be completed and submitted in colored ink where writing or typing is required by Bidder.
F. If the Contractor submitting a bid must outsource or contract any portion of the work, this must be clearly stated on Company letterhead and submitted with the bid form.
G. Additionally, all costs included in bids must be all-inclusive to include any outsourced or contracted work. Any bids which call for outsourcing or contracting work must include a name and description of the organizations being contracted.
H. All costs must be itemized to include an explanation of all fees and costs. Bids will be opened publicly by the Owner immediately after the time set for bid submittal. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
I. Owner requires Substantial Completion of the Work on or before December 16, 2026.
J. Owner requires Final Completion of the Work on or before December 30, 2026.
K. A Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent is required.
L. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of forty five (45) days after submittal.
M. Submit Bids on the Bid Form provided. Round off the segments of the bid form requiring dollar amounts to the nearest dollar.
N. Not later than ten (10) working days prior to the date of Bid submittal, Bidders shall submit an executed copy of Document 00 45 13 – Bidder's Qualification Statement to the Owner for review. Failure to do so will result non-acceptance of a submitted Bid.

1.2 BIDDING DOCUMENTS
A. Bidding documents, including digital Drawings and the Project Manual may be obtained from the ARC Document Solutions beginning Monday December 22, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. by emailing your name, company name, and phone number to waukesha.orders@e-arc.com.
A. Should Bidder wish to obtain a hard copy they may email ARC Document Solutions and obtain pricing. Bidding documents may also be viewed at the Architect's office as well as a list of Plan Rooms that can be obtained by contacting ARC. Cost of plan sets are the sole responsibility of the bidder.
B. Bidders desiring more than 2 sets of Bidding Documents will be required to purchase those additional sets requested at cost of reproduction.
C. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be issued.
D. Bidding Documents will not be issued directly to sub-contractors.
E. Bidding Documents are available for review following locations:

1.3 BIDDING REQUIREMENTS

1.4 EXAMINATION OF SITE
A. An examination of the site has been arranged for Bidders on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 2:30 PM. See below for meeting preceding the site walk-thru.
1.5 PRE-BID MEETING
A. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday January 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time, at the project sitelocated at 1900 W. Grand Chute Blvd. The meeting will take place at the Town Hall. Enter at the main entrance and a meeting room will be assigned by the Town.
B. Bidders are not required to attend. Attendance or lack thereof does not waive the bidder's responsibility to prequalify.
C. Representatives of the Owner and Architect will be in attendance.
