PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF TWO RIVERS ORDINANCE 25-228 An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 1-2-1 of the Municipal Code of the City of Two Rivers, Fees. The City Council of the City of Two Rivers has adopted Ordinance No. 25-228 amending Chapter 1-2-1 of the Municipal Code, Fees. This ordinance updates and establishes a comprehensive schedule of license, permit, service, and user fees across multiple chapters of the Municipal Code. The amendments affect a wide range of municipal activities, including zoning and land use applications, fire and emergency medical services, public works permits, utilities and right-of-way work, stormwater and erosion control, alcohol and beverage licensing, animal licenses, business and market permits, cemetery services, transportation-related registrations, signage, parking, and building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC permits. The ordinance also clarifies penalties for failure to obtain required permits, provides for cost recovery where "actual costs" apply, and includes a severability clause. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by law. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Two Rivers, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, on December 15, 2025.
