DOCKET NO. 14-2026-D PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that MT Crescent Operating Company, LLC ("Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket seeking approval to plug the McMullin No. 2 well, Fernwood Field, Pike County, Mississippi, in a model procedure as an exception to as Rule 28 and for other relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined. This Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of January, 2026, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, 39212, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 13, 2026, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing.
