NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 03, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 052024CA043660XXCABC of the Circuit Court of the 18TH Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and SHANNON HARRISON, KELSEY YOUNG, Natural Guardian of Jessica Dawdy-Harrison, Minor, SHANNON HARRISON Natural Guardian of Savannah Rose Harrison, Minor, KELSEY YOUNG, and the Estate of Wesley J. Harrison, et al., are Defendants. The Clerk, RACHEL M. SADOFF, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BREVARD County Government Center - North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Titusville, Florida 32796, at 11:00 AM on April 08, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in BREVARD County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure to-wit:

The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
