ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   UPPER SOUTHAMPTON MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY MILL CREEK PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS CONTRACT NO. 2025-01 – GENERAL/PROCESS MECHANICAL CONTRACT NO. 2025-02 – ELECTRICAL   Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid program until 3:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 5, 2026. After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award.   All project documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).   A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the USMA Mill Creek Pump Station, 330 West Bristol Road, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.   Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.   The Upper Southampton Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
