The Concord Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 7:05 P.M. on an application by Olivia and Leonid Kharin (Applicant/Owner) for a Special Permit under Zoning Bylaw Sections 7.1.5 and 11.6 to demolish existing deck and patio and allow a 1,674 sq. ft. addition to the existing 2,494 sq. ft. single-family dwelling on a legal nonconforming lot which increases the gross floor area by more than 50% at 104 Philip Farm Road (Parcel #4268-10).
