A public hearing was called for the next meeting of the mayor and council on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Sorrento Community Center to consider adoption of Ordinance 25-12 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 UTILITY FUND BUDGET, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Councilman of the Town of Sorrento, Louisiana:   1. That the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Utility Fund budget is hereby amended to increase appropriations for capital outlay – sewer by $20,000 to $45,000 due to an increase over estimated cost for two replacement pumps for the sewer system, and   2.
