By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, October 17, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AND BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT A-4-A-1 ON THAT ONE CERTAIN MAP MADE BY MICKEY L ROBERTSON, P.E., P.L.S., DATED NOVEMBER 14, 2014, ENTITLED "MAP SHOWING SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2-A HUNTER PROPERTY AND TRACT A-4-A & A-4-B DUPRE PROPERTY INTO LOT 2-A-1 HUNTER PROPERTY AND TRACT A-4-A-1 & TRACT A-4-8-1 DUPRE PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 23, T9S-R2E, SOUTHEASTERN LAND DISTRICT ASCENSION PARISH, STATE OF LOUISIANA FOR DUTCHTOWN MEADOWS,LLC". SAID MAP RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ASCENSION PARISH AS INSTRUMENT NO. 00862939, SAID TRACT CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 0.475 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES AND HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVEN DOLLARS AND THREE CENTS ($142,707.03) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
