By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Thursday, September 11, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

AND BEING IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF NORTHWEST QUARTER AND IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA, EAST OF THE ST. HELENA MERIDIAN AND THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 10.57 ACRES, ALL AS WILL BE MORE FULLY SHOWN BY REFERENCE TO THE DURALD F. WOODS' PLAN OF SURVEY DATED AUGUST 28, 1961, ANNEXED TO AND MADE PART AND PORTION HEREOF, AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT POINT ''D'', THENCE RUNNING NORTH 0 DEGREES 25 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 20.167 CHAIN TO POINT “C"; THENCE RUNNING FROM POINT "C" TO POINT "GG"; THENCE RUNNING SOUTH 0 DEGREES 25 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 20.181 CHAINS TO POINT "D”, POINT OF BEGINNING. FOR FURTHER ACQUISITION, REFER TO: (1) AN ACT OF COMPROMISE AND SETTLEMENT IN THE MATTER OF MRS. GENEVA ROTH WEBB, ET ALS VS. NO. 9374 JOSEPH ROTH, ET ALS, 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, IN AND FOR THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, LOUISIANA, WHICH AGREEMENT IS RECORDED AT C.O.B. 162, FOLIO 454, PARISH OF ASCENSION; (2) AN ACT OF PARTITION BETWEEN GENEVA ROTH WEBB, ET ALS, DATED CONVEYANCE IN FURTHERANCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH AN ACT OF COMPROMISE FROM JOSEPH ROTH, ET ALS, TO GENEVA ROTH WEBB, DATED DECEMBER 23, 1961, AND RECORDED AT C.O.B. 162, FOLIO 477.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($650,000.00) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
