A petition has been presented to said Court by Meika Wahlstrom of Brewster, MA, representing that she holds as joint tenants an undivided part or share of certain lands lying in Harwich in said County of Barnstable, and briefly described as follows which she wishes to hold in severalty: A certain parcel of woodland situated in Harwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner in the range now or formerly of Nehemiah Baker; Thence Southwesterly by the Run Road, so-called to the Dennis line;
Thence Northerly by the Dennis line in the range now or formerly of Isaiah Nickerson and Freeman Rogers to the range now or formerly of Reverend John Sanford to a stake and stone; Thence Easterly in said John Sanford's and others' range to the first mentioned bound; Containing four acres more or less.
3. The common title to Parcel #1 is derived under a deed, dated December 16, 2019, and recorded in the Registry of Deeds for Barnstable County in Book 33664, Page 21.
A certain parcel of woodland situated partly in Dennis and partly in Harwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts (and formerly situated entirely in Harwich) bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner in the range now or formerly of Nehemiah Baker; thence Southwesterly by the Run Road, so-called, to the old Dennis line;
thence Northerly by the old Dennis line in the range now or formerly of Isaiah Nickerson and Freeman Rogers to the range formerly of Reverend John Sanford, now Tonka Girl, LLC, to a stake and stone; thence Easterly in said range and others to the first mentioned bound.
6. The common title to Parcel #2 is derived under a deed, dated May 3, 2024, and recorded in Registry of Deeds for Barnstable County in Book 36361, Page 91.
setting forth that she desires that all of said lands may be sold at private sale for not less than Fifty Thousand Dollars, ($50,000.00), and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said lands which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Barnstable before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the 22nd day of January 2026, the return day of this citation.
